- I am currently a teacher's assistant, but I graduate in December with a teaching degree.

- I will be married to Richard Williams, 16 years this July. My son, Alec, will be starting high school next year. We have lived in Wichita, KC, Chicago, and now St Louis since we have been married, due to my husband's job. I have been working at an elementary school for 4 years and finally decided to go back and finish my degree that I have put off for a long time.

I can't believe that about your financial aid. You think you would know that before you sign up for a class. My online class is killer. There is so much work. I think I would rather actually take the class in person. I try to do a little every day to not get behind. It is hard to get caught up once you are behind.
I did hear about Verle. How is he doing? What is wrong with Destinee that you have to go to the doctor. Is everything okay there? Alec is at my mom and dads right now with his cousins. He has been there for three weeks and I am really missing him. Two of those weeks Richard was gone away for the military so it was really quiet around here. At least I had all of my homework to keep me busy. Have a great day.
I ended up dropping my two summer classes. A week into the deal, I got notification that my financial aid had fallen thru due to my receiving a degree. They said that I could appeal & have the decision reviewed, but meanwhile, they wanted a payment plan set up. I found myself ALREADY behind as Verle had ended up in Wichita... but you probably heard about that from your Mom.... and I had gone down for a couple of days. I got the letter when I returned home on Sunday and Monday was the last day to drop without financial penalty. I thought it best to just yank it while I had the chance. I'm glad I did. This summer, for some reason, has just seemed crazy.
Glad you enjoyed the tunes! I can SO remember going to my friend's house & listening to HER Shawn Cassidy record. Do Ron Ron OVER & OVER again. Everybody was either in love with Shawn or with David, too. Funny!!! And in Jr Hi, I'd go to a girl's house & we'd roller skate in her basement to Jessie's Girl. Isn't it hysterical how you can remember the words to those old songs, but you can't remember what you went to the living room for??? :)
