I thought people would like to see what dad looks like now - my parents are contented in retirement (except for the price of gas) and enjoy playing their instruments in local "jams" and retirement homes around the area. We plan to go to the reunion - it will be easier to chat with classmates who have shared information on this website - it certainly fills in some gaps.
Yes, life is full of surprises. I never would have thought I would live in LA (I get corrected all the time, as I live in Burbank which is basically a suburb...but it is all sprawl to me and I consider it all LA.) ;-)
I finally committed to coming back for the reunion last week...thanks to Amy & Melinda. Amy found me a flight at a rate I could not pass up.
I am now looking forward to coming back and seeing everyone. It will be fun to see how we've all have changed over the years, to reconnect and to revisit Concordia. I haven't been back in so long it should be fun. I'm going to try to cram in little mini visits to places I remember fondly. Perhaps even travel to my grandparents old farm up near Mankato if I get the chance.
Hi! Good to hear from you! I remember that birthday party :) Do you remember planning Mrs. Walker's party in 5th grade? You, Tricia, and I organized it. I think I still have pix somewhere of us with Mrs. Walker and one of you, Tricia, Kristin, and I in our Concorde Choir shirts at my house. I'll have to do some searching and bring them to the reunion. Glad to hear things are going well for you! Looking forward to seeing you and your family at the reunion!
Yes, Nauchelle found an amazing sport to enjoy. I am so very proud of her. When she started she could not run a mile...now WOW!!! She is the stroke seat of both boats she raced at regionals and they placed 1st and 2nd. VERY proud mama! Yes, I have bought my ticket and will be coming back to Con. I might bring Nauchelle with me if we can find another ticket for a good price on the same flights.
Good to hear from you! Yep. I'm planning on coming back for the reunion. I don't go to Con very much at all. Gary's parents are there, but we usually meet them in Salina or they come to our place.
I'm working on getting OUT of the daycare business. I've done babysitting for 14 years... mingled with outside employment at times. It's provided me with a way to stay with my own kids, but I'm getting tired of it.
Hi Jodi! Glad to see you on here. The pictures are adorable! Your daughter looks so much like you! Future volleyball player???Glad things are going well with you! Looking forward to seeing you at the reunion.

I am married to a wonderful man named Rob Sullivan. We have been married about 8 years and are blessed to have two wonderful children, Syndey and Cooper. I relocated to Tulsa right out of college for State Farm and have been here approximately 14 years. My parents moved to Tulsa 10 years ago and they live directly across the street from us. With their move to Tulsa, we do not get back to Concordia much but I am looking forward to seeing everyone at the reunion.
