I've tried giving a grand sum, and having deductions taken for mis-deeds or inadequate chore activity. They go thru the money within two days. I've taken away everything they own. I've bribed, cajoled, threatened, & cried. And yet.... Heavy sigh! Kudos to you on the buck four!!!

Yeah, thanks for turning me on to this site....I spent all of last night catching up on everyone and now I have a mountain of laundry and house work- oh well, it was worth it!!! How can 2 little kids generate SO MUCH laundry?!????!!!!!!

Wow! Who would have thought that playground equipment could be so expensive. I had no idea - of course I have no children so that might be a reason - but $100,000. Wow!

My career:

Stay at home mom. By far the hardest job I've ever had. Also, the most rewarding.

About Me:

I've been with my husband for almost 18 years. (dated 4 and married almost 14) We worked hard, played hard and one day (after 12 years of being together) we decided that we wanted kids. So we exchanged Egypt and Hawaii for diapers and bottles. In August our oldest son Tyceon (pronounced Tyson) started kindergarten. It was much harder on my husband and I then on Ty. Tryton our youngest will be starting preschool in the fall. I volunteer at Ty's school once a week. I'm a soccer mom as well as a baseball mom. Nothing like freezing to death on a Saturday morning to help you realize how much you love your kids. After both kids are in school I may go back to college for a new degree. Or who knows have another baby. Verdict is still out. lol
